KYC (Know Your Customer) is the mandatory identity verification process required before making your first withdrawal. Documents needed:
  • A clear copy of your MyKad (front and back)
  • A selfie holding your MyKad
  • Your latest Malaysian bank statement (last 3 months) for bank account verification

Deposits via FPX and bank transfer typically take 5–15 minutes depending on your bank's system.
